According to the New York Times, The University of Texas at Austin is “poised to become a destination for modern sculpture” with the long-term loan of twenty-eight works from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Installed throughout the university’s main campus, these sculptures create an art historical foundation upon which the university has begun building its own stunning collection.
