About Landmarks Mobile
Landmarks is the public art program of The University of Texas at Austin. Its projects beautify the main campus and engage visitors and the university community with art of the highest quality.
The Landmarks collection includes thirty three pieces on long-term loan from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, as well as permanent works by contemporary artists Ben Rubin, Sol LeWitt, James Turrell, and others.
Landmarks Mobile makes it easy to learn about the artists and works in the collection. You may read essays and listen to a self-guided audio tour, or locate the works on the interactive map. Visit the full Landmarks website to access additional information, including activity guides for three stages of youth.Landmarks would like to thank the The Division of Innovative Instruction and Assessment (DIIA) for creating the first version of this mobile interface.
